VIVAX ENTERTAINMENT
Consisting of seperate touch screens for each cabin, the VIVAX Entertainment system is an advanced entertainment system designed for ships, oil rigs and hotel rooms that offers a wide range of TV-shows, movies, TV-channels, Internet, weather forecasts, IP-telephone connections and much more.
The system can be integrated with the VIVAX Fleet system to add information about security, crew etc.
The system is connected to a media server which provides the system with the digital content. The system will automatically cache some of the media content to prevent any delay during the streaming.
Each screen functions individually making it possible for one screen to stream videos and another to show weather forecasts, in other words it functions as the user's private media center.
VIVAX recommends touch screens for the system with an optional separate keyboard and mouse for internet surfing.
