The Technology used

 

All our products are developed for the Microsoft .NET Framework which makes the client software able to run on almost any PC that supports Windows (2000/XP/Vista). The .NET Framework is Microsoft's comprehensive and consistent programming model for building applications that have visually stunning user experiences, seamless and secure communication, and the ability to model a range of business processes.

Our server software is optimized for Windows Server 2003 and 2008 which ensures a stable, scalable and secure server environment. The Microsoft Windows Server operating system line has a long-established reputation of reliability, especially when it comes to security and application use.

 

 

Why use MatesAID Fleet channel

 

With the Fleet Channel solution you can choose to push information out to one specific vessel or send the information to the entire fleet. You can specify which vessel will get what information depending on where their located geographically or what type of vessel it is.

 

Example: Create specific groups as the baltic sea, the atlantic sea and the mexican gulf and control what type of information will be send to the vessels in that specific area.

 

With the Fleet Channels date and time system you can determine on which date the information will be send to the vessel. This allows you to create a complete information program to your vessels many months ahead.

 

With Fleet channel you can make sure that crew and passengers onboard will get the safety informations, useful informations, company informations, and/or charter/clients informations with the push of a button from HQ.
